NEW PATIENTS - WHAT TO EXPECT

Prepare for
your visit

What To Expect: Structural Energetic Therapy (SET)®

I want to make sure all new patients feel welcome, safe and taken care of. During your first Structural Energetic Therapy® visit, I will ask you to fill out a health history and consent form.

Structural Energetic Therapy is a progressive, results-driven process designed to address long-standing pain, compensational patterns, and structural imbalance at their source.

New patients begin with an initial 2–3 hour session, which allows time for a comprehensive assessment and the first phase of structural correction. This session gives you the opportunity to experience the work and determine whether it feels like the right fit for your body and your goals.

For patients seeking meaningful, lasting improvement, a commitment to a minimum of 10 sessions is recommended. Each session builds upon the previous one, allowing the body to gradually reorganize, regain strength, and stabilize as changes are integrated.

Patients who have experienced pain or dysfunction for many years may require more than 10 sessions; however, this series provides a solid clinical foundation from which progress can be evaluated and care can be adjusted as needed.

Appointments are intentionally spaced as treatment progresses, supporting proper integration and continued improvement between sessions. To support patients who choose to commit to this process, a discounted 10-session package is available.

Care is continually assessed and adjusted based on clinical response, tissue adaptation, and functional improvement, ensuring treatment progresses at an appropriate and therapeutic pace.

All relevant health history, precautions, and contraindications are reviewed prior to treatment to ensure care is provided safely and appropriately.

What To Bring: Structural Energetic Therapy® (SET)

and bring them with you to your first session:

* If you are on prescription blood thinners, you cannot receive this work (aspirin is ok).

What To Wear: Structural Energetic Therapy® (SET)

All (SET) patients should bring something they are comfortable standing in for postural assessment that will allow me to see areas of restriction in the body.

*** For both men and women, it is difficult to effectively work with long shorts that come to mid thigh or knee. To make the most of your sessions, it is best if they are short and non restrictive.

My Mission

Professionalism and respect will always be maintained during your sessions. My goal is to help you live a more active, pain-free life.
